Letlhakane Uranium Project: October 2008 Scoping Study Results:

Resource

• At a cut off grade of 100ppm the Inferred Mineral Resource is estimated at 280 Mt at a grade of 158ppm U3O8
• Significant areas of the resource remains open along strike – regional diamond drilling has confirmed the presence of similar styles of mineralisation up to 10km outside the boundary of the resource
• A further Resource Statement is planned for the 2nd half of 2009

Production Scenarios

• Metallurgical recoveries between 78% and 90% within the oxide and calcrete mineralisation·
• Target production rates of 7Mdmt for 2.2 Mlbs U308 per annum
